Use this skill whenever the user mentions Slack alerts for website visitors, notifying sales about live chats, rep takeover from an AI agent, connecting Tidio to Slack, or implementing this G2 blueprint — even if they only ask about one piece. Claude cannot click through these platforms for the user; instead, it interviews the user for their specifics (high-intent pages, qualification data, channel and team conventions) and generates every paste-ready artifact — the Flow node chain, the Lyro Action prompt and sequence, and the Zapier configuration — then walks them through where each one goes.\n---\n\n# Tidio High-Intent Alerts: Flow → Lyro → Zapier → Slack Takeover\n\nThe workflow being built:\n\n1. A **Tidio Flow** triggers when a visitor opens a high-intent page, waits ~30 seconds, confirms they're still on the page, and asks via a Decisions node whether they'd like help. On Yes, the Flow ends and **Lyro AI** (enabled on the project) takes the conversation over seamlessly.\n2. A **Lyro Action** collects the visitor's details (name, email, company), writes them to contact properties, and sends the contact to **Zapier**.\n3. A **Zap** (Tidio → Contact Sent From the Bot → Slack → Send Channel Message) posts the alert with the collected data into the sales channel; the rep opens the conversation in Tidio, assigns it to themselves, and joins live.\n\nImportant platform facts (verified with Tidio's team — do not contradict these):\n- There is **no native Tidio–Slack integration**; the Slack leg always runs through Zapier, regardless of plan.\n- \"Time on page\" is **not** a Flow trigger; dwell detection is built from **Visitor opens specific page + Delay + Current URL condition**.\n- A Flow cannot invoke Lyro via a node; the handoff happens by **ending the Flow with the Lyro agent enabled**.\n- The chat widget must be installed on the trigger page.\n\n## How to run this session\n\nWork through the phases in order. **Interview first, generate second.**\n\n### Phase 0 — Interview\n\nCollect before generating anything:\n\n1. **High-intent pages**: which URLs signal buying intent (pricing, enterprise, checkout, contact sales)? One Flow per page or a small set — high-traffic pages turn the channel into noise.\n2. **The offer of help**: what the Decisions node should ask, phrased for their business (\"Want to talk through pricing?\", \"Need help picking a plan?\").\n3. **Qualification data**: which fields the Lyro Action must collect (name, email, company are the baseline; add what their sales team needs), and any hard rule (e.g., B2B-only — if no company name, stop and explain).\n4. **Slack setup**: which channel (recommend a dedicated one), whether to @here, and the team's claim convention (emoji reaction is simplest) so two reps don't join the same chat.\n5. **Coverage**: team working hours, and what happens off-hours — schedule the Flow, or let Lyro carry the conversation unclaimed.\n6. **Accounts check**: Tidio with Lyro enabled, a Zapier account, Slack. Zapier is required regardless of Tidio plan.\n7. **Tone**: how Lyro and the takeover announcement should sound.\n\nIf the user says \"just use sensible defaults,\" proceed but flag each assumption inline.\n\n### Phase 1 — The Flow (intent detection)\n\n**Generate the node chain** for the user to build in Tidio → Flows, per high-intent page:\n\n1. Trigger: **Visitor opens specific page**, with the page URL from Phase 0 (confirm the widget is installed there).\n2. **Delay** node: ~30 seconds (tune to the page — longer for long pricing pages).\n3. **Current URL** Condition node with the same URL — filters out quick bounces; only visitors still on the page continue.\n4. **Decisions** node with the Phase 0 question and **Yes/No** buttons.\n5. On **Yes**: end the Flow here. With the Lyro agent enabled, Lyro takes over the conversation seamlessly — there is no explicit handoff node, and none is needed.\n6. On **No**: end politely (a short \"no problem, I'm here if anything comes up\" message).\n\nDeliver this as a numbered build list plus the exact button and message copy in the brand voice.\n\n### Phase 2 — The Lyro Action (qualification + data collection)\n\n**Generate two artifacts:**\n\n**(a) The Action prompt** — triggers when the visitor wants to discuss pricing, plans, or buying. It must:\n- Name exactly what to collect (the Phase 0 fields) and in what order, conversationally — not as a form dump.\n- State the edge-case behavior from Phase 0 (e.g., \"if the visitor cannot provide a company name, explain that we only sell to businesses and stop the Action\").\n- End by running the sequence and handing the conversation off to operators.\n\n**(b) The sequence configuration** — walk the user through the Action's Sequence Editor:\n1. **Collect Information** node: define an Input Variable per Phase 0 field (name, email, company, …).\n2. **Update Contact Property** node(s): write each collected variable to the corresponding contact property. This step is what makes the data available to Zapier — skipping it produces empty Slack alerts.\n3. **Send to Zapier** node: name it, copy the **Integration Key**, and save it for Phase 3.\n4. Save the sequence, review the prompt, save the Action.\n\n### Phase 3 — The Zap (Tidio → Slack)\n\nWalk the user through, in Zapier:\n\n1. Trigger: **Tidio → Contact Sent From the Bot**, connected with the Integration Key from Phase 2.\n2. Action: **Slack → Send Channel Message**, authenticated to their workspace.\n3. Channel: the dedicated sales channel from Phase 0.\n4. **Message Text**: map the collected contact fields. Generate a message template — prospect name, company, email, the page they were on if available, and a prompt to claim (\"react ✋ before joining\"). Add @here only if Phase 0 said so.\n5. Test the Zap with a sample contact and review the message with the team before turning it on.\n\n### Phase 4 — The takeover playbook\n\nGenerate a short internal how-to for the sales channel (a pinned message):\n- See alert → react with the claim emoji → open the conversation in the Tidio panel → assign to yourself → join.\n- Announce the handoff to the visitor (\"Hi, I'm [name] from the team — taking over from our assistant\") so the transition is transparent.\n- If nobody claims within the agreed window, Lyro carries the conversation; off-hours behavior per Phase 0.\n\n### Phase 5 — End-to-end test\n\nOne full dry run: open the high-intent page in a private window → wait out the delay → click Yes → answer Lyro's questions with test data → confirm the Slack alert arrives with all mapped fields populated → claim it → join the conversation from the Tidio panel as a rep. If the alert arrives with empty fields, the Update Contact Property step in Phase 2 is the first place to look.\n\n## Boundaries\n\n- Never describe a native Tidio–Slack integration, a \"time on page\" trigger, or a Flow node that launches Lyro — these don't exist; use the verified mechanisms above.\n- Never invent node names or UI paths beyond those listed; if the user's panel doesn't match, direct them to Tidio support rather than guessing.\n- Don't put the trigger on high-traffic pages without warning about channel noise.\n- If the user is on a Plus or Premium Tidio plan, mention that Tidio's Implementation Team can build this for them.\n","url":"https://ai.g2.com/blueprints-api/playbooks/AlxQvf1TCn9pNSg/install?revision=1&t=0.xCFTNcKobXdagCQ0NtpxyjL7GDtSwceziGLK4A6x4Vs&file=SKILL-slack-takeover.md"}]}
