A Mem Mcp

A Mem Mcp is a self-evolving memory system designed for coding agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It automatically organizes and evolves knowledge into a Zettelkasten-style knowledge graph, where memories connect and strengthen over time, instead of merely storing them in isolated vector spaces. It provides semantic and structural search, efficient memory management, and supports integration with MCP-compatible agents (currently tested with Claude Code). Suitable for developers and researchers building or enhancing AI coding agents needing sophisticated, evolving context management and retrieval.
