It allows AI assistants to mint and verify cryptographic identity certificates (Ed25519), register and search for agents in a global directory, view and endorse agent reputations, and interact with a 'wishing well' marketplace for agent needs—all powered by x402 micropayments on Base (EVM) and Solana.
