Biolit

Biolit is an LLM-assisted tool for biomedical literature screening and structured extraction, designed for researchers and bioinformaticians who need to triage and extract key insights from large volumes of scientific literature. It accepts a wide range of identifier inputs (PMIDs, DOIs, GEO accessions, and PubMed alert emails), retrieves full texts from multiple sources, and allows flexible criteria and field selection for extraction. All functionality is exposed via a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for integration with other MCP-compatible tools and workflows.
