Callcenter.js is an open-source MCP server, CLI tool, and TypeScript API designed for developers and tinkerers who want to enable AI-powered phone calls using VoIP/SIP systems. It bridges between OpenAI’s Real-Time Voice API and VoIP networks, allowing autonomous agents (like Claude or other MCP clients) to handle entire phone conversations on the user’s behalf. Note: It's a side project and not intended for professional or production use, with limited guardrails and testing focused primarily on Fritz!Box devices.
