Central Memory MCP

Central Memory MCP is an open-source .NET 10 Azure Functions server implementing a Model Context Protocol (MCP) memory and knowledge graph service. It provides AI assistants and agents with durable, queryable project memory using entities, relations, and observations, available through RESTful MCP endpoints. Designed for developers and teams building AI systems needing persistent contextual memory, the tool supports workspace isolation, health/readiness endpoints, and flexible deployment on Azure.
