Claude Memory Manager

Claude Memory Manager is an open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server designed to provide persistent, searchable cross-session memory for Claude Code users. It automatically parses session logs, extracts and embeds key information (such as decisions, bug fixes, and configuration changes), stores memories in a local SQLite database, and exposes tools for intelligent semantic and keyword search, project-based context summaries, and direct memory operations. Integrating natively with Claude Desktop and compatible with other MCP clients, it enhances context management and recall for AI coding workflows.
