Claude Memory Manager

Claude Memory Manager is an open source tool that automatically captures and manages architectural decisions, code changes, bug fixes, configuration choices, and more from your Claude Code sessions. It parses session logs, extracts and embeds relevant memories for semantic and keyword-based search, and stores them in a local SQLite database for retrieval across new and future sessions. The tool supports integration with Claude Desktop via MCP protocol, enabling seamless access to relevant coding context across sessions.
