ContrastAPI is a free, open-source security intelligence MCP server and REST API exposing 55 tools for AI agents, backed by authoritative sources including NVD, CISA KEV, FIRST EPSS, MITRE ATLAS, and D3FEND. It covers CVE/KEV/CWE lookup with EPSS exploit-probability and composite risk scoring, domain and IP reconnaissance, IOC enrichment, email security posture (SPF/DMARC/DKIM), Sigma detection rules, code security checks, and live web intelligence. Responses are structured, LLM-optimized JSON and it works with Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, and any MCP-compatible client with no signup or API key required on the free tier.
