DJ Claude

DJ Claude is a unique Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed to enable live multi-agent, collaborative music coding and playback for AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, and any MCP-compatible client. It exposes around 20 music-focused tools for generating, layering, analyzing, and orchestrating original music in real time, leveraging the Strudel live coding engine. It supports multi-agent jam sessions over HTTP, a Claude plugin with slash commands, web/TUI/headless modes, and features such as conductor (band orchestration), mix snapshots, vibe/mood switching, and autonomous DJ mixes. It integrates natively with Claude Code and broadly with any MCP client, requires no API key for core music actions, and is aimed at developers, AI researchers, and creators who want agent-native, scriptable music for collaborative or autonomous creative workflows.
