Edinet MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and Python library designed to provide normalized, programmatic access to Japan’s EDINET financial disclosure system. It parses XBRL filings from thousands of publicly listed Japanese companies, normalizes data across different accounting standards (J-GAAP, IFRS, US-GAAP), and exposes this data for integration with AI agents or analysis pipelines.
