FAOSTAT MCP

FAOSTAT MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes the comprehensive UN FAOSTAT food, agriculture, fisheries, forestry, and nutrition statistics API as a standardized set of programmatic tools for AI assistants. It enables researchers, journalists, policy analysts, and developers to query and analyze data from over 245 countries and territories, spanning topics like crop production, trade, food security, emissions, and more—all via natural language queries through any MCP-compatible AI client (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed).
