FeedOracle Compliance Agent is an MCP server that serves as the evidence layer for AI compliance decisions, providing cryptographically signed, machine-readable regulatory evidence across EU financial frameworks including MiCA, DORA, AMLR, and CSRD. It exposes 206+ compliance tools spanning stablecoin risk scoring (105+ tokens), macroeconomic intelligence (86 FRED series), and blockchain-anchored audit packs. Every tool response is ES256K-signed, SHA-256 hashed, and optionally anchored on Polygon, XRPL, and Avalanche C-Chain for tamper-proof replay. Compatible with Claude, Cursor, OpenAI Agent SDK, and any MCP-compatible client with no API key required for the free tier.
