Function Lookup MCP is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server designed to enable AI agents to accurately look up function signatures, classes, and other code declarations from any API. Utilizing SQLite with FTS5 support and universal ctags, it indexes and searches source files across multiple programming languages such as Python, C, Go, C++, JavaScript, Rust, and Java. This reduces hallucination by providing precise function signatures for both known and recently updated source files.
