Gemini Researcher

Gemini Researcher is a stateless, read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that allows AI agents, such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot, to proxy deep research and codebase analysis queries to the Gemini CLI. It enables AI assistants to leverage Gemini's large context window and local code analysis, significantly reducing the tokens and context/model usage required by the calling agent. The server supports structured research tools for quick queries, deep research, directory analysis, file validation, and diagnostics, returning results as structured JSON.
