Gitmem

Gitmem is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides persistent, session-to-session memory for AI coding agents, enabling them to learn from past mistakes, successes, and decisions. It is designed for developers using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code (Copilot), and any other MCP-compatible clients. Gitmem supports both local memory and a Pro tier with semantic search, session analytics, cloud persistence, and multi-agent coordination, making it suitable for both solo projects and team environments. The tool is local-first and privacy-focused by default, with cloud features only available via opt-in configuration.
