Janee is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that acts as a secure proxy for AI agents needing API access. Designed for agentic AI systems, Janee keeps your API credentials safe by encrypting them locally (AES-256-GCM) and only injecting them at request time—so agents never directly see or handle sensitive keys. It provides granular, per-agent access controls, server-side allow/deny rules, full audit logs, and an emergency 'kill switch' to instantaneously revoke all access.
