Labmate Mcp is an open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server designed to act as an AI laboratory assistant, integrating Claude with a suite of 81 specialized tools for scientific literature discovery, chemistry data, computational modeling, lab calculations, and scientific writing. It automates and streamlines the research workflow from data gathering and experiment design to publication preparation, aimed at chemists, researchers, and academic labs. No configuration is needed for most tools, and it comes pre-integrated with over 25 scientific APIs and databases.
