LetsWork is an open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server designed for real-time collaborative coding between two developers on a shared local codebase. It exposes file management and collaboration tools—such as listing, reading, writing, and locking files via MCP—for integrated use by AI assistants like Claude or Cursor. LetsWork features a robust approval system for changes, file-level locking to prevent conflicts, and end-to-end security using Cloudflare tunnels and secret tokens.
