MaStR MCP Server

MaStR MCP Server is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed for integration with the German energy market master data registry (Marktstammdatenregister, or MaStR) operated by the Bundesnetzagentur. It enables advanced access, search, and retrieval of structured energy plant and actor data for MCP-compatible clients such as Claude Desktop, Cowork, and Claude Code. The server provides both public (open) and private (credential-protected) endpoints for efficient, filterable queries across power, gas, storage, and grid asset data.
