MCP AutoMem

MCP AutoMem is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that equips AI assistants and agents with persistent, relational memory across platforms. By integrating technologies like FalkorDB (graph database) and Qdrant (vector database), AutoMem allows tools such as Claude Desktop, Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible clients to access and author long-term graph-vector memories. This enables AIs to recall previous decisions, user preferences, and conversation context, delivering more personalized and context-aware interactions for developers, power users, and teams deploying AI in workflows or coding environments.
