Mcpshield

MCPShield is a thin CLI (Command-Line Interface) API client for conducting security scans on Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and GitHub repositories. It provides a user-friendly terminal formatter for communicating with the MCPShield server-side platform (mcpshield.co), enabling developers and DevOps professionals to authenticate via API key, trigger server-side security scans of HTTP MCP servers and GitHub repos, and receive formatted or JSON output suitable for CI/CD workflows. It does not perform security detection locally; all scanning logic is server-side, making it fast and lightweight for integration into development and deployment pipelines.
