Memento

Memento is a local, open-source memory server that provides AI tools with persistent, cross-session memory via the MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard. By storing conversations, entity relationships, and project decisions in a persistent knowledge graph, Memento allows any connected MCP-compatible AI (like Claude, Cursor, etc.) to start each session with full context from previous interactions. It works entirely on your machine, requires no cloud or API keys, and supports both personal and team-level knowledge sharing.
