Memex

Memex is a Zettelkasten-based persistent memory system designed for AI coding agents and AI assistants. It exposes a suite of 10 MCP tools for handling atomic knowledge cards with bidirectional links, persistent recall across sessions, and seamless sharing of agent memory between Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Windsurf, and any MCP client. It uses markdown files and git sync for portability, eschewing vector databases.
