Mindpm

Mindpm is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed to provide persistent project memory for LLMs (large language models). It exposes a robust set of tools for project management, including task tracking, decision logging, note-taking, context management, and project/session history. Mindpm integrates via MCP with a variety of AI assistant clients such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot for VS Code, and Cline, allowing LLMs to instantly access and update project state—eliminating the need to re-explain context during new conversations. It is ideal for developers, teams, and knowledge workers who want seamless, cross-client memory and project continuity in their AI-driven workflows. A built-in web Kanban board UI is also included, and all data is stored locally via SQLite.
