NeuroStack

NeuroStack is a local retrieval layer and optimizer for Markdown-based knowledge bases. It indexes a folder of Markdown notes (from Obsidian, Notion, Logseq and others) into a SQLite database with full-text and semantic search, wiki-link graph analysis, and memory management for AI sessions. It integrates with Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients like Claude, Cursor, and VS Code, serving as a backend for AI to query, summarize, and analyze user notes without modifying originals.
