Ontomics is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that provides instant, queryable access to the domain knowledge within a codebase for coding agents and LLM-powered developer tools. It exposes tools for concept and naming detection, semantic search, behavioral function clustering via embeddings, convention tracking, and exporting domain knowledge as portable artifacts. It significantly reduces LLM token usage and tool calls required for understanding codebases, enabling faster, context-aware responses for agentic coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, pi-coding-agent, and more. Ontomics auto-indexes supported repositories (Python, JS, TS, Rust) and operates locally.
