It allows for both local (full control, encrypted vault, free for self-hosted) and hosted (no setup, pay-per-use with USDC) operation modes, and is designed for AI developers, traders, and quant strategists integrating exchange and DeFi operations with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.
