Openwork

Openwork (now rebranded as Accomplish) is an open-source, local-first AI desktop agent that automates knowledge work tasks such as file management, document creation, and browser-based workflows directly on the user's machine. It follows a bring-your-own-API-key model, supporting providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI, as well as fully offline local models via Ollama. The agent is approval-based and fully auditable, giving users granular control over which folders it can access and a detailed log of every action it takes. Published under the MIT license by Accomplish AI, Inc., it runs on macOS, Windows 11, and Linux.
