PEAC Protocol: Signed interaction receipts

PEAC Protocol is an MCP server that provides portable, verifiable, and signed interaction receipts for agent, API, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) transactions. These receipts serve as cryptographically-signed proof of actions across APIs, metered/paywalled endpoints, agent workflows, and managed runtimes, supporting governance, audit trails, dispute resolution, and cross-organizational verification. It integrates with a wide range of MCP clients (like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf), APIs, payment and commerce protocols (x402, ACP, paymentauth/MPP, Stripe SPT), and supports plugin surfaces for leading code editors (VS Code, Cursor, Claude Code, etc).
