Plasmate

Plasmate is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server designed to act as a lightweight, agent-optimized browser engine for AI assistants and agentic workflows. It ingests web pages (HTML), executes JavaScript via a V8 engine, and outputs a highly compressed Semantic Object Model (SOM) that preserves structure, content, and actionable elements for reasoning and automation. Plasmate exposes a suite of web automation and extraction tools, integrating seamlessly with agents like Claude, Cursor, VS Code Copilot, and Windsurf, as well as other MCP-compatible clients.
