PubCrawl is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed for clinicians, medical writers, and researchers. It connects AI assistants to verified, live data from medical literature, drug labeling, and clinical trials, delivering verifiable answers with source citations from databases like PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA/DailyMed, and the UK eMC. Uniquely, it enables side-by-side comparison of US and UK drug labels and provides a set of deterministic tools for literature search, citation formatting, and clinical trial information, ensuring nothing is AI-invented and all data is traceable to official sources.
