Quickbooks Mcp is an open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI assistants like Claude to seamlessly integrate with QuickBooks Online. It allows bookkeepers, CFOs, and accountants to use natural language to query, create, and edit accounting data, retrieve financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance), and run SQL-like queries across QuickBooks entities. The server handles name resolution, draft/preview-safe editing, and production credential management (including AWS Secrets Manager), making QuickBooks workflows safe and accessible to financial professionals via conversational AI.
