Rakuten MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integration for the Rakuten Web Service API, providing 27 read-only tools across six Rakuten product verticals: Ichiba (marketplace), Books, Travel, Recipe, Kobo, and GORA (golf). It enables developers to programmatically search, browse, and retrieve structured data from Rakuten’s APIs, covering products, hotels, recipes, eBooks, and golf reservations. Designed primarily for integrators, developers, and system architects who need programmatic access to Rakuten's marketplace and content data, with built-in multi-language (English & Japanese) descriptions and support for affiliate monetization.
