Remembra — AI Memory Layer

Remembra is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides a universal memory layer for AI applications. It exposes 11 distinct MCP tools, including persistent memory with entity resolution, bi-temporal knowledge graphs, semantic and hybrid search, smart auto-forgetting, and built-in PII detection. It integrates seamlessly with Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini, and other MCP-compatible agents, and supports Python and TypeScript SDKs.
