Rpg Encoder is an MCP server that provides AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients) with a semantic graph-based understanding of source code. Using Tree-sitter for parsing 15 programming languages, it enables advanced, intent-based code analysis and structured queries such as dependency exploration, impact analysis, and semantic snapshots. The tool automatically stays in sync with code changes and supports both agent-driven and direct LLM-assisted feature extraction.
