Sayou is an open-source, file-system inspired context store and memory backend for AI agents, designed to replace traditional transaction-based databases with a versioned, auditable, and context-rich environment. Built for agentic workflows, sayou stores reasoning, notes, research, and structured knowledge as files (with YAML frontmatter and Markdown) that persist across sessions and accumulate knowledge over time.
