Threadmap Mcp is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides conversation drift visualization, tracking, and forking tools for AI assistants like Claude and compatible clients. It exposes 7 programmatic tools to analyze, visualize, and branch conversations, making it easy for users and developers to identify inflection points, maintain context integrity, and collaborate on long or complex threads. Integrates natively with Claude Code (terminal) and works alongside a Chrome extension for claude.ai, with planned support for other AI assistants.
