Timezest Mcp is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that connects AI assistants such as Claude, Cursor, and compatible clients directly to TimeZest appointment scheduling data used in conjunction with ConnectWise. It provides real-time appointment lookups, ticket-linked schedule queries, unbooked request surfacing, engineer-specific schedules, and aggregate scheduling statistics for managed service provider (MSP) and IT teams. The server exposes 8 specialized tools for querying confirmed appointments, pending requests, ticket associations, and aggregate data with a focus on read-only operations and timezone-accurate reporting.
