Ucsc Genome

The UCSC Genome MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that acts as an interface to the UCSC Genome Browser API. It enables large language model (LLM) applications and developers to query genetic and genomic data, including sequences, tracks, and metadata from the UCSC Genome Browser. The server exposes 12 distinct tools to facilitate comprehensive access for bioinformatics, medical research, and data analysis purposes.
