Understanding Graph

Understanding Graph is an MCP server offering AI agents persistent, structured reasoning memory. Rather than simply storing facts, it tracks decision processes, tensions, resolutions, and the evolution of beliefs, enabling agents to remember and build on past reasoning. It enables multi-agent coordination via a shared, stigmergic knowledge-graph, and exposes numerous tools for reading, searching, mutating, and visualizing the graph, with features like atomic batch commits, cross-project references, and optional embedding-based semantic search. The system integrates out-of-the-box with Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Desktop, and any client supporting the Model Context Protocol, and provides a web UI with 3D visualization.
