VMware VKS

VMware VKS is an open-source, community-driven CLI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) Skill for automating and managing VMware vSphere Kubernetes Service environments. It provides command-line tools and MCP server capability for lifecycle management of supervisor clusters, vSphere namespaces, and Tanzu Kubernetes clusters (TKC) in vSphere 8.x+, including resource management, scaling, upgrades, access, and quota enforcement. Aimed at DevOps, SREs, VMware admins, and AI agents orchestrating infrastructure, it is not an official VMware product but part of the broader VMware MCP Skills family.
