Wisdomgraph is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides a persistent, compounding knowledge graph for AI assistants like Claude Code. By integrating with Neo4j (cloud or local through DozerDB), Wisdomgraph allows AI models and users to ingest, remember, reflect, query, and report on knowledge, experience, insights, and wisdom across multiple sessions and projects. It is designed for developers, researchers, and technical teams who want their AI or coding assistant to accumulate and reason over growing knowledge bases, rather than starting from scratch each session.
