Xenarch MCP is a non-custodial Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI agents and APIs to gate access to content and endpoints behind HTTP 402-based micropayments, using USDC on the Base L2 blockchain. It is designed for AI agents, developers, and API publishers who wish to monetize content and APIs on a per-request basis, without relying on traditional payment processors, API keys, or custodial platforms. Xenarch ensures payments settle on-chain directly from agent wallet to publisher wallet with zero platform fees and no requirement for ETH/gas tokens. It supports agent spending controls, pay-link creation, and full payment/receipt histories via wallet authentication.
