Zikkaron

Zikkaron is a persistent and intelligent memory engine for Claude Code, designed to allow AI coding assistants to recall user decisions, project context, and workflow history across sessions. Unlike typical session-based or text-dump memory, it uses computational neuroscience techniques, memory consolidation, and adaptive hooks to ensure relevant information is retained, decayed, and reconstructed at the precise time it's needed. Zikkaron runs entirely on your machine with a SQLite backend, requires minimal setup, and integrates deeply with Claude Code for seamless long-term recall.
