You're hiring but human reviewers get fatigued—the 50th resume gets less attention than the first. Unconscious bias creeps in based on formatting, names, and presentation style, causing great candidates to be overlooked. Your hiring decisions lack consistency and speed.

How It Works

You configure your organization's roles and scoring rubrics once, then drop candidate resumes into folders. Specialized AI agents evaluate each resume against the same criteria regardless of when it's reviewed, flag role-specific strengths and concerns, prepare gap-targeted interview questions, and score interview responses objectively. At the end, you get side-by-side candidate comparisons and batch reports with clear recommendations.
