Instead of scrolling endlessly or missing key insights from the people actually building products, this skill fetches content from 26 AI researchers, founders, PMs, and engineers plus 6 industry podcasts, remixes it into a digestible daily or weekly digest, and sends it to your preferred channel. All content is fetched centrally, so no API keys are needed.

1. Install the skill and run setup. The agent guides you through onboarding conversationally. 2. Choose your digest frequency (daily or weekly), preferred time and timezone, language (English, Chinese, or bilingual), and delivery method (Telegram, email, or in-chat). 3. The central feed updates daily with new content from builders and podcasts. Your agent remixes this content into a summary following customizable prompts. 4. The digest is delivered on schedule or on-demand when you invoke /ai. Output: a curated summary of what top AI builders posted and what podcasts discussed, with links to all original content.

All content (podcast transcripts, X posts, blog articles) is fetched from a central feed updated daily, so users only need an internet connection. Optional API keys are stored locally in ~/.follow-builders/.env only if using Telegram or email delivery. The skill runs on OpenClaw (with persistent cron delivery) or Claude Code and similar agents (with system crontab or on-demand-only mode).

The source list (builders and podcasts) is curated centrally and cannot be customized per user. If you want to add or remove sources, you must open an issue on GitHub. Telegram and email delivery require one-time setup of a bot token or API key, though content fetching itself needs no keys.
