Productivity Blueprint
Automated To-Do Kanban
Automatically aggregates tasks from Calendar, Slack, Granola, and Docs into a unified Kanban board each morning, eliminating platform switching and maintaining clear daily priorities.
What does this do
Managing scattered tasks and commitments across multiple platforms (Google Calendar, Slack, Granola) creates cognitive overhead and makes it difficult to maintain a unified view of priorities and ongoing work. The workflow captures asks that have been actively put to you, things you've committed to do, and content from nominated Slack channels or documents, then populates them as tasks in a unified Kanban board that can be sorted by priority (today, this week, future projects, etc.).
How It Works
Set up a recurring task in Claude Cowork that runs automatically at 8:15 a.m. each morning. The task scrapes all information since the last run, including: Granola recordings of recent meetings (to capture verbal commitments), all Slack messages (with special attention to nominated channels even if you weren't directly mentioned), tagged items in Google Docs, and upcoming calendar events (with intelligent filtering — external meetings always generate tasks; internal meetings only for certain people or topics). Claude dynamically updates the Kanban HTML file in your downloads folder. Each morning, refresh the tab to load the updated board, and use a daily calendar block to review and sort new tasks. Customize the Kanban's presentation to be light and engaging.
