Run AI-Native Email Management on macOS

Runs Claude as your inbox's primary assistant instead of a bolted-on feature. It analyzes every incoming email, generates contextual drafts, learns your writing style and preferences, and surfaces sender context, so opening your inbox requires zero setup and everything is already prioritized or ready to send.

Once set up with your Gmail account and Anthropic API key, the app runs in the background. Every new email gets analyzed and assigned a priority (high/medium/low/skip). For high-priority emails, drafts are pre-generated in the background. You can refine any draft with natural language feedback, check sender profiles pulled from web search, and manage your Executive Assistant's scheduling queue. The app learns from your draft edits and priority overrides, so future emails get smarter context.

Every email is analyzed and triaged automatically on arrival, so your inbox is pre-sorted by what actually matters and drafts are ready before you open the thread.

Built on Electron 39 with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Uses SQLite (better-sqlite3) for local storage of emails, analyses, drafts, and memories. Gmail integration via googleapis library with OAuth. Claude API calls go through AnthropicService with exponential backoff retry and cost tracking. Extension system uses Vite's import.meta.glob for bundled and private extension discovery at build time. MCP server support allows agents to use custom tool providers. App-signed and notarized for macOS. Configuration stored in ~/Library/Application Support/exo/; never modify production user data without explicit approval.

macOS-only (currently Electron on Mac; Linux support planned). Requires active Gmail account with API access and Anthropic API key. Background sync and analysis operations consume API quota. Draft generation, sender lookup, and agent tasks all count toward Anthropic usage limits.
