What does this do

QBR prep takes CSMs 4-6 hours per account, requiring manual data pulls from multiple dashboards and narrative writing. With 15-20 accounts per CSM, high-quality preparation becomes inconsistent and reactive instead of strategic.

How It Works

Step 1: CSM inputs account context—account name, review period, and any specific topics or concerns that need to be addressed in the QBR. Step 2: Agent runs end-to-end (3-4 minutes) to assemble account performance data (product adoption, feature activation, usage trends, support history), query G2 MCP for competitive intent signals during the review period, synthesize performance into a value narrative tied to original goals with measurable outcomes and ROI, and produce a complete QBR package with executive summary, goal progress review, risk items, next quarter priorities, renewal context, and CSM talking points. Step 3: CSM reviews and personalizes the generated QBR output (10-15 minutes). The agent produces a strong first draft; CSMs use this time to add account-specific context, refine narrative tone, and ensure the output reflects their relationship with the account before sharing with the customer. Total hands-on time: approximately 20 minutes from start to finish (5 minutes input + 3-4 minute agent runtime + 10-15 minutes review and personalization). CSMs are faster on some accounts; others require more customization. The consistent outcome is a high-quality, data-backed QBR ready for delivery—compared to the old manual process of 4-6 hours of data pulling and narrative writing, or the rushed 90-minute version most CSMs were actually doing.
