What does this do

How It Works

Connect to G2 MCP to scan all current customer accounts for buyer intent signals in adjacent product categories. Filter accounts with intent scores above 60+. Classify signals into expansion, cross-sell, competitive risk, or adjacent need categories. Enrich flagged accounts with CRM context (usage rate, health score, support history, renewal date, champions). Score accounts using weighted formula: G2 intent strength (40%), usage/adoption (30%), account health (20%), days to renewal (10%). Generate prioritized weekly pipeline of top 10-15 accounts with personalized one-pager outreach briefs for each CSM or AE that includes the triggering signal, recommended expansion motion, conversation opener, proof points, and next steps.
